Silence gives consent, but I learned soon after puberty
that enthusistic acceptence gives a better time for all.

I would consider it worthwhile to go to WPI Thusday just
to see an OLPC computer.  If somebody knows something about
the software on it, or the politics behind it, or the
engineering inside it, that would be a bonus, but
it's worth the (short) trip just to watch it boot.
