I think a did download a few bazillion apps trying to find something like
this and I ended up with dot project which I've been using recently. It
has a lot of options and it isn't always intuitive at first how to get it
to do what you want, but it does everything that I need it to and seems to
work well doing gantt charts and task lists between different projects.
Also has all sorts of other options that I haven't used so all I can vouch
for is the task planning and time tracking but it sounds like it might be
what you're looking for.
