[Wlug] JOB and PGP

This message reminded me that we had a key signing party
a while ago.  I have never sent a signed email, because
I am not really worried about someone sending a fake
message from me to wlug.  On the other hand, I think
I should know how to do it.  I can verify that that
the following is from Andy.  Could anyone verify the
author of this message, just so I know that I signed it
correctly?
