Same here.  I don't use Exim, but I do use SpamAssassin and am pretty 
happy with it.

I've also heard that CRM-114 works very well, but is difficult to set 
up.  The author lives in Acton, is very active on a local motorcyclist 
email list, has done welding for me in exchange for beer, and appeared 
on a couple seasons of Junkyard Wars (Crash of the New England Rubbish 
Deconstructionists).  So maybe I can't recommend CRM-114, but I can 
certainly recommend the author.  :)
