Hi all,

My organization is considering submitting an application to the FCC for
a non-commercial full power radio station. An FCC window for
applications will open sometime in early 2007.

I need an engineer who has the resources and willingness to help us with
this. I know there is mapping of spectrum involved and I know we must
submit engineering data to the FCC with our application. I just don't
know any engineers who can do this, so I thought I'd toss it out here.

Our agency is a non-profit PEG station located in Athol, Massachusetts.
We need to find alternatives to communications because the future of
cable access television is constantly in jeopardy. I can explain more if
you like.

Any resources you might be able to offer would be great. We do have a
small stipend we can offer, so it's not a totally freebie job. But we
really do need someone who knows how to do *this* and who would be
willing to guide us through the process.

Thanks for your ideas,
Marie MacDonald
