These messages are not from standard Fedora Core packages and the
snippet you gave does not indicate their origin, so it is hard to give
specific help. What third party kernel device drivers do you have
installed? SMP refers to the multiprocessor kernel, which in FC6 is
no longer separate from the uniprocessor kernel. If you read the
Release Notes at:
http://fedora.redhat.com/docs/release-notes/fc6/en_US/sn-Kernel.html#id2542638
it describes how to build kernel modules.
