OK.  I"ll bite.  I've got an HP OfficeJet K60 that works quite nicely 
under SANE.

I'm afraid the demo of installing would be a bit boring...  printing
worked out of the box with redhat 7.3, and scanning required installing 1
rpm.

I've been playing with a CGI to make scanning a bit more streamlined (and
something that I can do from work when I don't feel like working).  It's 
still a work in progress, but I can show it off too.

All this and we should still be able to hit the Boytan by 7:30.  :)
