I know, I know, I never come to the meetings; but I'll put in a couple
of sugguestions....
How about a demo of one of the open-source pvr projects? If anyone has
worked with one, that is...

I wonder if a "patch-night" would be fun. Take a vanilla kernel, have
everyone bring in their favorite patches; and people can build a custom
super-kernel.....
Need acpi? no problem.
Need supermount? no problem (I'm a mandrake loser, sue me)
Win4lin? Sure!
Tpconfig? Got it right here!
AMD Chip? we're compiling now
Was that for PPC? Right this way....
And so on. The more I read kernel lists and such, the more I realize
that I don't know half of the great kernel-patches out there; this might
be a fun way to learn...
