I once went to the library at the company I worked for and asked
for help finding a book.  I told the librarian the color of the
book and even stated the main theorem of chapter two.  Since she
was paid to be friendly and helpful to the engineers, she did
not tell me to bugger off, but I did not like the look she gave
me.  To avoid a repeat of that experience, maybe you could
divulge the title?
